  • The trick is quiet simple. Hand moves FIRST, then the ARM, LAST is the body. If the body or shoulders move first, then you give your intention away. And no, you don't lose any power

  • actually, it makes almost no difference who he does it too. i've watched him pull it on everything from third degree black belts, to boxing champions, to cops and soldiers. it's scientifically calculated to hit home.

  • @enzo321 i think it's a plastic bottle :)

  • what's he holding?

  • The only way to stop him from hitting him in the face...is keeping the hand straight in front of the face..because if he keeps it to the side, his reaction to block is to slow. I like this video though because it show's you how easy someone can be hit..even when they are expecting it and a waiting to block.

  • For those silly people who click on dislike and don't think this works - watch Michael Jai White demonstrating the boxing version of the non-telegraphic strike against Kimbo of all people too! /watch?v=wdPP0TmqKiU

  • @RayFloro It seems like you've adapted fenching mechanics perfectly for the knife! Consider this another sale of your dvd set!

  • "jeet kune do "

  • Yes it is i've read in bruce lee's june kune do book but i don't know how.I did not reach that far in the book. You should check out that book for yourself

  • @RayFloro is it humanly possible to develop the reflexes to evade this strike?

  • @RayFloro

So it's the other way around? Hand-shoulder-hip-foot. and Not the boxings foot-hip-shoulder-hand.

  • Been doing Kenpo and Kajukenbo since 1992 but I love the Kali/Escrima arts
