The English version of Takuginai (a kids show for Northern Canadian residents) was produced in 1996. There were some new segments but some were just the Inuktitut segments with English voice overlays, which is why there is no matching of the puppeteering and the voice...

@Shashrat Mr. Dressup was good. Casey wasn't exactly an ambitious puppet but he never made my skin crawl like this unfortunate lady and her...um, her...damn...I'm trying to think of a way to describe her eyes that isn't horribly offensive to one group or another and I just can't.
