That would be equivalent to a salesmen saying to me you have to buy this car to find out the year, make, model, mileage ,and condition of the car. Just leave me a blank check and you’ll see how much it costs when you get your bank statement next month. This goes against Obama’s campaign promise of transparency in government. I would never vote for something without first knowing what I am voting for. A statement like that shows me that they had something really bad to hide.
