  • Wow, thanks for so much. I had been suffering with - what I was told was carpal tunnel syndrome, then I saw your video and started doing your exercises, within two days the pain in my hand started to subside and within a week - it was like a miracle. Today I went to see the Consultant and was told that my carpal tunnel is resolved. Why doesn't anyone tell you its this simple instead of giving painkillers and anti inflammatories for months on end. Thanks again

  • @Alanakeech I think that is a really good question.

  • this is great! im a writer and my hand was starting to dramp up and i felt like i was getting carpultunnel now that i did this my hand feels alot better! i type all day and this helps alot :-DD

  • I've been asked whether after four months the pain that was relieved in my left hand and arm by doing these exercises has stayed away, and yes, it certainly has. Unfortunately I do have trouble with the other arm different kind of pain, more inflammation just below elbow, allergic to anti inflammatories now and these particular exercises don't seem to work on it. So any ideas - would be greatly appreciated

  • @Alanakeech still gone?

  • Holly crap!! I noticed an instant improvement. Less pain right away!! I've been fighting with tendinitis for years!!! Whoop!

  • I am very inflamed right now but hoping this gets better with the stretches!

  • Brilliant this is great, the thumb grab one is fairly painful but a good pain!!!

  • Thanks so much

  • @Twist3dElements Thanks for your reply.

  • @Alanakeech Thanks so much for sharing your story. I feel so much more encouraged now. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome only a few weeks ago (after having nerve conduction tests and an EMG). I want so badly to avoid surgery for it. Now I feel like I actually might be able to do so.

  • @snicky58 These stretches will serve to relieve the "pinching" action imposed on the nerve.
