Touhou 7 PCB ~ Yukari Boss Battle Pt.2

Comments exactly the same as part 1's:
One of my more recent playthroughs of the Phantasmal stage of Touhou 7. Probably one of my better runs as I capture 2 spellcards I've never captured before. Oh, it's also the play that set my new high score, though I play for survival, not score.

For once Fraps is actually working for me, so I have sound on this video! I'll probably upload more videos in the near future or the other bosses.

Yukari is one of the few extra (well, phantasmal) stage bosses that I really have almost no trouble on. Her stage gives me trouble in a few spots normally, but Yukari herself is not hard. If you can actually beat the game (stage 4, Youmu, and Yuyuko are pretty hard) I'd recommend Ran as a good extra stage boss to start your extra stage domination on (though Suwako is really better).

I went crazy with annotations in this video. Red is a comment about my playthrough or something I thought of, Green is referencing text in game, and blue is a little fact or tidbit about the game. Enjoy!

@megaidoitboy2 Ran's pattern is left, down, up, right, down, up, left, etc. The butterflies she creates when she jumps FROM the down position are too low to hit you even when you're as far down as you can go, so you can mostly ignore them. Since that's the case, you can just worry about dodging Ran and Yukari's bullets. Also, moving in the same direction as her will give you more room and time to dodge her bullets since she flies AT you from the side to the bottom. Slow movements are best.

@MrSpeedy106 You don't actually "do" anything with the captured spell cards. Capturing a card just means you completed it without dying or bombing (in my opinion, breaking a border bonus should also count as a bomb). Capturing a card just adds to your record a bit. I'd like to be able to no miss Yukari, but just capturing all her cards at one point or another is fine for me.
