Which tune do you like? I don't have anything against "New Britain" but I definitely like this one better, along with "Fiducia," and several others. This version of "Dublin" is courtesy of friends from Hoboken, GA (Johnny, David and Tollie Lee in particular)-one of my favorite CM tunes ever...

  • Has anyone done an album filled with versions of Amazing Grace?

Like the others, I'm a Fiducia fan and am rooting for your recorded version. I do appreicate the rippling of the water behind your voice, though.

  • There's an old record of versions of Louie Louie ranging from Black Flag to some college marching band, but I'm not aware of an Amazing Grace tribute record. Probably on the way though...

  • @ARMYSARGENT2013 OMIGOD RIGHT?

  • LIKE THIS VIDEO BECAUSE OF THE RUNNING WATER IN THE BACKGROUND AND THE SOUND OF THE WATER FLOWING

  • this song is great

had it played at my dads funeral

  • This guy has an incredible instrumental voice and evidently has earned it as a professor with a PhD in Musicology. Also consulted and sang on the "Cold Mountain" soundtrack.

  • I'm in the same boat as Rob...Words can express. It was just memories, and emotions. Sounds stupid but when I hear this I am reminded of my grandfather. Amazing. Thank you.

  • Tim, this is above and beyond! I have been a fan for a log time and loved your banjo version of this song...........but this took me to that place......you know which one. God bless the voice.....God bless you! You awaken the artist in me........Thanks!

  • dude ... i cant even say what i want to man just know you really got to me man i loved it

  • Haunting and lovely.

  • This is a beautiful tune, and I love the brook sound behind, and the beautiful scenery.

My favorite version of this tune is with the words from Lloyd hymnal that the Lees sing. I hdan't thought of putting Amazing Grace to it, but it works pretty well.
