Parking Lot Pisser

This guy happened to park in a private parking lot and relieve himself while I was testing out a wireless video system. Some information to provide context: This office houses many doctors, etc, and people come and go throughout the day. The video was recorded around 10am on a weekday so it wasn't during off hours. Also, there are many fast food restaurants within a 1 block radius of where this occurred.
