Actually, this is from the Open Your Eyes/30th Anniversary tour of 1998.

A few giveaways:

Chris Squire's "Yes" coat (Roger Dean logo at the bottom cape of the jacket). The Ladder tour he wour a green shirt with shorts and combat boots and sometimes a white trench/dr.'s coat.

Billy and Igor's hair still of longer length in comparison with House of Yes.

Also, Igor was not credited as a member of the until the Ladder. At the closing credit of this show it's Jon, Steve, Chris, Alan, Billy
