  • @guachipetiaga its not the voice.. never has been.. its the heart being opened....

  • @drumrrroll i disagree with you...i'm a very seasoned improviser and i know about these things.at least i'd like to think.....there's a way to fuck with things which elevates them above their previous incarnation -- making the most of evolution so to speak.....with dylan and reed, i hear tired lazy old men.........why? ......'cause instead of creating a new enjoyable way to hear it, they create a new painful way to hear it.....this rendition needs a musical gordon ramsey to help it.

  • @posthumanhero if he was singing it "note copied" to the version waxed on vinyl that you want to hear again and again then yes...he would be bored. Like some sad ass going to the office on the same train at the same time on the same day next week. Lou Reed, Like Bob Dylan are showing us how to age like a good wine, better as they get older....A gift. Metallica are old bongwater.

  • if he's that bored by his old songs that he's gotta fuck with the phrasing to the point of the tune being unrecognizable, not to mention singing out of key, then what is the point?......this sucks, and it hurts to say that.......that said, i think the new loutallica project rejuvinated his voice (somewhat)

  • John Zorn and Jamie Saft as sidekicks on a romantic song. Priceless.

  • It´s great that Lou more than making the reverence he stretches himself...got to love this guy.

  • omg, he can't sing

  • bagliori di un nuovo universo

  • Oh my God...

I was at that concert. Definitely one of the most beautiful I've ever been to. Thank you so much for posting this! My day has literally been saved from being very depressing by this ;o)
