@pebblefrog196 i know youve listened to naked city and such right? well coming from the more naked city side of things, i really enjoy them, i enjoy alot of "noise" music like the locust and w/e but the point is, he is influenced by alot of different types of music, so is everyone else. some people are attracted to what others are not.

Igual yo creo que Zorn no espera que esto le agrade a los oyentes . Por lo menos yo no entinedo mucho lo que quiero hacer y no me gusta, creo que está muy es la puesta de lo shuper artistico. Aúnque respeto a Zorn enormemente tiene trabajos del Filmworks hermosos y el Nova Express está muy bueno

@igessthsisgrwnup What I'm trying to say is that too many people pretend to like it. I'm not saying that's you, but Zorn's reasons and methods are his own and people shouldn't pretend to understand his music if they really don't. I don't think jazz is mindless bullshit.
Squeaks, squeals and other sounds don't immediately qualify him as a musician. His other compositions do, however.

This sucks. I like avant garde, but this is some voodoo bullshit he's pulling here. People pretend to like what he doing to seem sophisticated or whatever. Only he understands the shit he's doing, even though it sucks.
