the attorney had every right to ask any question in order to clear his client. none of this would have happened if Casey hadn't lied, refused to look at a pic of this woman to clear her & filed a suit against her! Casey is the only one to blame!

WOW...been watching the current trial 05/11/06/11, and these depostions from Cindy George and Lee are totally outragous. I have to agree that Zaneida Fernandez-Gonzalez attorney's questioning goes beyond the scope of her civil trial and infringes on the criminal trial that was pending against Casey, at the time of these depositions.

i really feel they were badgering George, even tho i feel he did in fact possibly help his daughter bury the baby, I feel this whole investigation was unnecessary, and I
definately would not have answered these questions, they were asking questions related to the criminal case, and it was a fishing expedition...
i have dealt with them and they are very shrewd at trying to put words in your mouth.
