For those wanting to try, this is 30 twisting kettlebell swings with a 32kg (70lbs) kettlebell, 20 sprawl cleans with a 62kg (135lbs) barbell, 10 push presses with the same barbell, 20 pull ups and 30 push ups completed for time.

I've set the bar with a target time of 7.19, now get out there and see if you can beat it!
