i train with hermes franca, he was in palm beach wen i met him now i train at his school n somtimes his kid comes with his mom to c us train there but hes not always there

I train with hermes franca on a regular bases and i know that bother sherk and franca where juiced so it was a fair fight. They both go suspended from the UFC for "x" about of time

only because Sherk is a feaky muscle bound loser, who layed on him the whole time...his techniques were crap, but his strength was fanaminal...if sherk was not such a muscle bound man, he wouldnt make it at all in UFC, Franca just had a bad match, I say kick Sherk out, and give Franca another round.

Nandolone is a steroid that in normal people is around 2ng/ml and up to 6ng/ml in elite athletes.
Sherk had 12ng/ml , that's twice the concentration studies show to be in the urine of ELITE athletes.
The doctor on the "BEATDOWN" said there is no way an athlete can train or use a supplement that metabolizes into nandrolone in the body in that
high a reading without using the steroid.
That is why sherk will be stripped of his title.
And good riddance to this roid fag.
