Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder- Repetitive Rythmic Movements

This is my daughter diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. She came into our lives at 6 days old. We think these movements are "Complex Motor Stereotypys" but have not had any thoughts yet from her team of specialists. She has had an EEG and it shows no abnormalities, She has done this since birth- along with the eye movements that begin at 1:45 minutes- ending at 2:03 minutes. She also put her eyes up all the way (not shown in this video) so that only the whites show.
