I always tear up when I hear it becasue its played when Anya is breaking down in 'Selfless'. Its so heartbreaking and thus so Joss.

And one final thing, mainly to those who love Anthony Stewart Head's voice. You should watch Repo: A Genetic Opera. It's essentially a musical, and he's one of the stars. Great storyline, and even better singing throughout. 5 stars from me, and I'd recommend it to any fan of his.

Yeah, I liked REPO too!!! Especially when Anthony sings. He's a great voice!

And no, it's not on the DVD version of that episode, because though it refers to that episode, it's not actually from it.

Rodney, the Anya song is from Season 7, Episode 5: Selfless. It's a flashback, of sorts, to the Season 6 Episode 7: Once More with Feeling show. It's basically the episode where Buffy fights Anya after she kills a whole frat house in her refound role of Vengeance Demon. Good episode, and pivotal in character development as well.

Who would've thought...a cast that signs on for a regular nighttime show and all of them have such intriguing voices. I mean...the episode "Once More With Feeling" is, in my opinion, the best episode of any TV show I've ever seen. It's unique, creative, essentially a musical at it's finest, and uses the original voices of all the cast members. Love the songs here, love the show and could go on for hours about the greatness of it.
