  • The basis of religion are two things; superstition and fear. Religion was created by men, not God.

  • Get all these ridiculous & dangerous religion whackos & all their takers (politicians etc eating

their poisonous bribes) completely exposed and

    done away with! :)

  • Thom Hartmann said that radio waves did not exist 200 years ago to Christopher Hitchens. Unfortunately Christopher did not pick up on the fact that they did. We have the technology now that is picking up radio waves from space. Had we the technology 200 years ago it would have picked them up then.

  • I just finished reading his "C Street". Both are good books.

  • I read his other book, "The Family". I will read this one as well.

  • This group wants to destroy the United States. There goal is to destroy the Federal Government and establish a world government in Jerusalem. They should be hung for treason.

  • Mind blowing!

  • @georgealeria Doug Coe controls a cult of personality with corporate money disguised as a religion. He has adapted the methods of thought reform employed by Hiltler Mao & Stalin w/ an organizational cell structure to undermine Democracy in America. He has avoided exposure up to this point somehow but by using very sophisticated means + a violently debased conception of Jesus has succeeded in manipulating powerful but troubled men as proxy agents, to carry out a subversion of majority rule

  • @georgealeria

It am afraid Boyer is a little late scheduling his departure, the train long ago left the station on this one. The connection between a uniquely American conception of Christianity & its relationship to political power is a story that has been under investigation for 30 years. The exposure of the Family as an extremely dangerous cult is part of a larger story about the influence of totalitarianism on American society. I recommend you read; Holy Terror by Conway & Siegleman 1982

  • i'm playing the thought that Jeff Sharlet might have been an agent of the devil having misinterpreted the values and purpose of The Family. If you have time read "Frat House for Jesus" by Peter J. Boyer of the New Yorker.
