You have strong vocal tones which allow more possibilities for storytelling. You are limited by the lectern and your body language, at times, seeks to be expressive on some key points in the speech. You are less effective as a "reader" and this causes more verbal "fillers" as you narrate. The lack of movement causes your natural voice to flatten, yet your eye contact moments reveal a genuine display of truth. It would be good to see you present extemporaneously, without a lectern.
