@RosiHernandez Well yeah cupcakes aren't healthy just because they are vegan but they are far less detrimental than cupcakes with cholesterol. AND no animals were harmed in the making of these cupcakes. :-)

OMG I am so jealous I don't have any kind of yummy vegan baked goods around here unless I make them myself! That's probably a good thing, or I'd be eating a lot of sugar and not so healthy stuff. But every now and then a treat wouldn't kill XD

@porolita22 I don't live anywhere near Divine Cupcake but I do live near an amazing vegan bakery called Baby Cakes. They have incredible stuff. Donuts, cupcakes, and other delicious stuff.

And when I go there I can't just eat one thing. I have to try everything. Yes, be happy you don't live near one of these places. It taste SO good it's hard to control yourself. :-)

I'm going to be flying into Porltand, OR on monday and I'll be staying in Hillsboro, OR for a week. I wonder how far Eugene is from that. If I can't get there, I'll just have to settle for good old voodoo donuts in Portland, lol. Oh, oregon is the best place for vegans and vegetarians. I hope I will be able to live there again someday.

LOL, well just because icing is vegan and organic, that doesn't mean it's healthy. It's still sugar. You could argue that it's healthier than regular icing though I guess. I just thought that was funny.
