We actually got quite a lot of those driving here in Denmark .. and we even got no mountains and only few hills, Denmark is so flat - even though: Theres a lot of farms in this country, and lots of people own eigther HORSES or BOATS - Denmark has over 8000 km. of coastline, and have had "farming products" as our biggest export for decades.

And then add the harsh danish weather - rain, snow, storm..

Those may be the reasons & factors, the Defender is so well sold i the DK !

it is the greatest. I mean how few autos hold their value like a defender? 1995 defenders in the US in great condition could go for 30k +. they will go anywhere.
