    This is not a UI addon pack. I built this UI with Pitbull, Bartender, Tidy Plates and Masque (formerly ButtonFacade) and some minor stuff.

    Those are just 4 bars aligned by bartender in a way to appear like two bigger bars. I am not aware of a special name for this layout. I changed the skin of these buttons (and my buffs/debuffs) with Masque:Sleek.
