@alecmwilliams I dont do what I am told, specially If the cop telling me breaks about 5 very basic law´s like trespassing, not respecting 1st amendment, right to video public servant on public property, false arrest etc. You are probably like the big part of americans who dont know even the most basic right's as a citizen. I have high respect for the work of a police man but very little for guy's who need the badge and the uniform to be something and this type of cops need to stopped.

Anyone that has been arrested for using a camera, should now come forward and use it as evidence to bring a law suit against those departments for wrongful arrest.

In regard to this tape. I hope a copy of this tape ended up at the Watch Commanders Desk. Wonder what he or she thought. I hope there were not high priority calks when 4 to 6 Units where there in this neighborhood. Thank God it was on tape.

Similisr thing happened to me in Los Angeles Ca with the LA County Sherriffs Dept. Twice I filled a complaint with Internal Affairs. I requested a copy of my complaint to be place on 4 different Deputies. Trust me those go a long way.

@not2b8b4u -- no expectation of privacy, correct, but Listening with your ears, where you can testify later to what you heard, and recording verbal communications, have been 2 different classes of behavior since wiretapping laws started evolving. and if you think that your visual image, is the same as "communication" then, I don't know where to start with a statement like that. best luck to you in your possible court fights. and where do you go and expect to be audio recorded ?
