This video slideshow shows how I built my portable 6 meter dipole antenna. The mast is 1 1/4 inch PVC. The elements are 1/2 aluminum tubing with 3/8 inch tube that slides inside the 1/2 inch. 73, N7JFP

  • nice! could you send me plans for this antenna to my QRZ address! thanks

  • @KC8YOQ There are no plans. I got the idea from K7AGE's youtube video. I tried to copy his construction of a 6 meter antenna. I had aluminum tubes from an old CB antenna. The PVC pipes are from Lowes hardware. I put a parts list on the video. Good luck with your construction. 73, N7JFP

  • @N7JFP OK Thanks!

  • The theory is very simple, just a 1/2 wavelength dipole, but I think the way you built it was very practical! 73 from Holland
