2) to put it in simple words Dubai spent money in construction not destruction , they didn't buy weapons, go to wars instead they tried to better there country i don't see anything wrong with that.....
yes we witnessed an amazing boom then a crash, so did the rest of the world, simple economics supply and demand

Dubai is wanting to take an opportunity to blow money worse than a drunken sailor, and for the first time in history, be ahead of the rest of the world. It's basically like the economic crumble on speed and Dubai doesn't realize that it's looking pathetic and shamed on for this.
