This song exactly fits, because there was no happy ending in Sonic X. The toughest character Shadow sacrifised himself to save Sonic and his friends, Tails lost his love Cosmo forever and Chris had to return home and he will probably never see his best friend Sonic again.

Sonic X always makes me cry whenever chris has to be separated from Sonic and friends, and I cry badly when my favourite character, Shadow the Hedgehog, has to sacrifise himself to save the world :'(
