TEDxFruitvale - Eric Schlosser - If You Eat, You're Responsible

In 2001 journalist Eric Schlosser wrote a best-selling book called Fast Food Nation. Most people remember the unappetizing parts about hamburgers, but he also wrote about meatpacking workers. Since then, he's become an outspoken champion of all farmworkers.

This talk was prerecorded and shown during Session Two: Movement for TEDxFruitvale, which was held on October 14, 2011 at Mills College in Oakland, CA. The conference's theme was Harvesting Change, and it focused on farmworkers, labor and other social justice movements, and fair labor practices in business.
