im nott sure wat yu mean by tame? likee i can pick him up &play with him if thts wat yu ment.& no my sister got him from BTJ's b4 it burt down with all the animals in it. so.......

Thanks! First I let my lovebird get use to those beads. I let him chew on it. After a day or two, whenever he has it on his mouth I would take that small container and put it under his beak until he drops the bead. I tell him "good boy" then I give him treat. I just repeat the process over and over again. Now, whenever he sees that bead and container, he automatically puts it there because he wants a tasty treat. Hope that helps.

Thanks! I got him directly from a breeder who hand-fed him so he was already tame. We got him for $75. I just saw videos of you lovebird. he's looks really sweet. is you lovebird tame? did you just adopt him?
