@RapingRapier Your statistics probably aren't completely accurate, but I'd say that's probably true. However, that still would be about 10-20% of those 100k botting accounts that were members. Jagex would've lost 10-20k of its subscribers, which is a lot.

@xMVKxB3ASTM0DZ Lol not many people know this buy the owner and creator of RSBuddy is a jagex full time employee, he got busted and had to closed RSBuddy completely and they can't fire him because of the contract
-
@Name1e55 80-90% of bots were f2p money making bots
-
Lets be honest, the reason Jagex increased their prices was due to the Bot nuke. How many thousands of member bot accounts were banned? I remember on a good day 200K people were online, now its always under 100K. The price increase is just to compensate for the lost business...they pretty much screwed themselves over and are now making us pay for it.

Jagex should release their own bot and charge people the price of membership for it.

this game is a game with goals, these goals include pking, boss hunting, clan wars and so on.
to achieve those goals you must play atleast 2 years without botting. thats why people are upset, they play the game for just some of its features and not for the game its progress...
i really mis 2006/2007 .. =(
