  • @elementz1986 that's right. they contain polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats along with some omega-3's. they're also high in protein and fiber.

  • yeah!! what u said is right!! carrot n orange plays an important role for good n healthy skin... n my suggestion was please drink carrot juice at every morning... it really helps u lot!!!!! :)
