@ss0rca I didn't mean "what do YOU bag?" personally. You said " you don't bag a classic", meaning a classic shouldn't be bagged, so I meant, so what should be bagged only new cars? Focus only being an example. I suppose I can understand that you see it as a disgrace(personally I feel the same about tattoo's), but consider that all of the "classic's" that aren't valuable enough to be properly restored, can stay on the road as customs instead of being crushed and turned into new KIA's.

@middeleastmusician What do you bag, a new Ford Focus? First of all, it isn't as if it is a 540k, and 2nd; the air bags can be unbolted just as easily as they were bolted in, and 3rd; Mercedes would have done this from the factory just as they did 10 years after the fintail's were built, they just didn't have the reliable technology yet. I am about to bag my '62 220s, and I am going to rat rod it flat black, and put in a v8. The condition it is in now, most would scrap it. I am saving it.

@compukenny: Any car looks better lowered, including a Fintail Mercedes. I've always wanted one since I saw one as an early 60's Bellflower kustom. This one looks very understated, as it should be.
