You're actually right, Yun indeed got some advantages against Chun-Li. Chun-Li still is higher tier though. Yun is her ONLY match up where the other gets a small advantage.
I can't help but feel that Yun has an edge over Chun. W/ the Zenpo-Tenshin (sp?) command grab behind Genei-Jin, he almost gets free damage, and you can do more non-kara-palms against her, cornered. GJ seems so random with countless ways to set up a way to connect. Against Chun, you mostly have to watch out for her super when she has it, cr. mk and kara throw. I admit I'm not sure why he didn't go for the kara throw more often (too obvious or hard to land on someone as fast and small as Yun?).
I guess I could believe she's slightly better than him, if only cos Yun has to work harder to win (you need more openings)! lol.
