There must be something not right with the California Bar exams. Lots of attorney applicants from many other states failed the Ca essay portion. Those attorneys made good written arguments in the courts in their jurisdiction and they are well versed in law. It is so unfair to change writing styles just to satisfy the graders. Most attorney applicants writes with assumption that the listener is a fellow attorney who is following what they are talking about with less need of explanation.
