This is short comedy/documentary (student film) about a girl who has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The film was for my psychology class and the actress was supposed to over exaggerate her actions for people in class to understand the concept. If you have rude comments don't bother because I'll either delete them, report you, or give it right back to you. Only constructive criticism is accepted.

  • But there's one thing i dont get about this, is the girl opening and closing the car door, but a burgular could easily break into the car, coz the door isnt actually locked, so why is she happy with that , and leaving the car as it is!!

  • @xjay16 It was a video for class ok. The OCD was over exaggerated and it was kind of on the spot to shoot this so we didn't shoot her locking the car door because 1 we thought it'd be a little much to add to the video and 2 we only had so much battery life. She actually does lock the door but I didn't shoot.

  • Jesuswasawoman, I have a question for you. What is the basis for diagnosing individuals with OCD? If someone is diagnosed with OCD, is it possible for them to be cured? What are the treatments available to those who are suffering from OCD?

  • @johnsmithvideo Well i'm not a doctor but a person must either be obsessive , or compulsive, or both to be diagnosed with OCD. Obsessive such as have recurring though that intrude upon their awareness which can cause anxiety. The compulsive part is where the person repeats physical behaviors like locking and unlocking a a door repeatedly. As for now there is no cure for OCD but there are treatments. So like I said I'm not a doctor, but thats what I've learned.

  • are you in new jersey?????

  • Although I dont think this video is completely awful. I just want everyone to understand that OCD is not a joke. I really would like to see more seriousness with the OCD projects. I am in pain everyday and while I do like to laugh from some of these videos, I am upset that so many people think its this funny disorder. There def needs to be more understanding. But, the video was ok.

  • I did have OCD for 25 years.U apply this technic and your OCD will go away in 5 to 10 minutes.Keep applying it to keep it away. One day you will stop applying thinking OCD has gone.

  • @san42c02y Okay, no offense, but, if you do actually have OCD, there's NO way it could be cured in 10 minutes. I have it myself and, yes, you can learn what you need to do in 10 minutes, but you won't get rid of it that easily...unfortunately. If you actually managed to get free from it that fast, I, honestly, highly doubt that you ever had it.
