Reportage produced by LBC about the tragic death of Myriam Achkar by a Syrian. The clip was heavily criticised by Lebanese bloggers as being racist and sectarian.

Racial privilege was worthwhile and that the reporter does not take any permission from the girl's family at the funeral "may understand the feeling of her mother and her words," but the others have said very racist words.

Offender is a Syrian one .. This does not mean that all the Syrians criminals

If you search a bit to many Lebanese had such a crime, but this does not mean that all Lebanese are criminals

the bloggers can criticize it as long as they didn't live the case. these people are traumatized by the death of their daughter, how can they not say such things? can we blame them? whether they are muslim or christians or the killer is syrian or whatever, have mercy on the girl's family! but yes, probably it is not a good choice to put that on tv, but you can't blame these people for their attitudes after such a crime!

Ce criminel n'est ni psychopathe ni malade mental comme certains le disent. Il est simplement sorti de la meme ecole que ceux qui ont tente d'elever et tuer mon pere en 1979 (juste parce qu'il est chretien).
