Did you ever try to find seat row number 13 in an air plane?
Good luck - most of them don't have it.
After row number 12 comes 14 directly.

Tang Wei Ming, isn't one in phone numbers pronounced as yao? (to avoid confusing it with qi)

It can also pronounced as "yi," as I usually do.
