The stag leap in jazz dance can be performed with the front leg bent in passe while the back leg is extended straight behind the body. Practice the stag leap both to the right and to the left with helpful instruction from a choreographer and dancer in this free video on jazz moves.

  • That is definitely not a fouette. Fouette means "to whip." She is leaping or doing a variation of a jete.
