Hi Baz,
As always a great vid. Love the positive attitude you display makes me want to go and train :)
My prob at the moment is I have 2 young children and my wife and I are always so busy. The only time we can do any excersise is either 6am or 8pm. Truth is neither or us "feel" like doing it then.... There is no real question in this i guess.
Hope I can get some motivation and get into the weights :)

@pjharro - Thanks. I am going to be a bit harsh with you. Now you are blaming your wife and kids for not training. They have nothing to do with it. You are not training because you believe you do not have time. You need to know why you want to train. (To look good, to feel fantastic, for your ego, to impress others) Once you have the reason then put the picture in your mind of how you will look soon. Then go for it. Motivation will then come to you. Baz

Hi Baz, firstly I would just like to thank you for all the videos you post, they have been a great help to me so far.
Would you be able to offer me any advice on how to put together a good bodybuilding routine? I too have let myself go a little and need to lose some excess body fat, I have taken note of your nutritional video and changed my diet and the weights coming off slowly, but I would now like to get into bodybuilding a little more seriously and put together a good plan that will allow
