BEWARE, the handles are NOT made out of metal, the gray part.
Go to AMAZON and read the reviews there, its nothing new. The bar does work, but I still cannot believed the handles have not been recalled. Quality is so bad the company fill replace broken damaged handles for FREE!

this shit really does work. i kno somebody tryna go to the marines and he has to do 2 pullups required and he couldnt do any. but in one month he did 1 and in another month he is now up to 6. so stop criticizing it if u havent used it u fuckin pussies.
