Well done, although the piano (at least in the recorded sound) was rather heavy-handed! However, I should like someone to explain to me (as an accompanist) why string players seem to be taught to sit/stand in such a way that they have no line of sight with their accompanist! It seems to relegate the role of the accompanist to mere subservience, rather than allow interaction between the two players in what should be a musical partnership. Any thoughts?
All positive. Attack was confident and technique, for a 9 year old, of a very high order. Niceties of interpretation come with age and experience. Well done, Tammy. One day, perhaps, a Gofriller cello and a Lupot bow. Who knows? Aim high!
And who noticed the Fazioli piano?! That's real class!
