@ShanaK715 In Bangladesh, you totally need a cellphone to get connected with the world for some reason. if you are a tourist and dont want to get lost in a sea of crowd, you need one. :) so the video refers to all major providers of mobile communication first to convey that message. Bangladesh tourism authority wont tell you this. lol...
