Pipkin, all the photos in the book were released in discovery or shot by me with my personal camera. I paid no licensing fees. The photo of Casey on the outside of the book was obtained by the publisher. I do not know for a fact but I believe they paid a media source for that courtroom news photo.

I imagine your concern is over whether or not Casey's defense or the Anthony family will profit off of this book--the answer is absolutely not.

Diane Of course I can't wait to read your book now. haha. You know my story. I love crime novels and TRUE CRIMES LIVE...although I got out of the Private investigating long ago. I can't wait to hear your intake about the Anthony Case. I would love to see a mini series on this case. Only because it seems to be dragging out forever.

SO This book is a Account of the murder according to court documents based on evidence gathered for a murder trial that hasnt been tried as to this date...it boggles my mind how we are all entitled to comment but for Ms. Fanning to write a book on a trial that hasnt yet played out?..I do believe ill read it but at a reduced price.. i can read all this free online..BTW do we need cliff notes to study for the trial??? LMAO! Im only gonna read this book to see how terribly the story is being told.

Did you get those pictures free from the pictures released to the news media or via discovery? Or did you have to pay someone, anyone, any firm, or any organization a licensing fee to utilize those pictures?
