Original 1956 version of Frankie Laine's UK chart topping hit. It seems to be one of Frankie's less well remembered songs yet stayed at no.1 for 4 wks in Oct/Nov '56, taken from the 78rpm disc.
The Song was featured in the film Guys and Dolls were it was sung by Renee Renor

my husband and i married the 30th march 1956 and we loved Frankie Lane and I bought this record the day before our wedding and we played it at our wedding and we love it ,it has such specia lmemories of our day. we are listening to this today on you tube and feeling very meloncoly,I am 74yrs old and my husband is 85 and we still love Frankie Lane,whAT A WONDERFUL VOICE HE HAD.TERESA

yes i have a vinyl record with a very young frankie laine in buck skins and a hat this,jealousy.blowing wild and big john are on it i believe its worth a lot of money but my dad gave it to me when i was eight years old,he bought a duplicate and neither of us would part ith it for anything x

@tas6010 The song was published in 1955 as it was featured in that years film Guys and Dolls. The hit versions by Frankie Laine, The Four Aces and Ronnie Hilton were all released in 1956.
