@Theechosen1from1993 agree with you on the djourou comment and its good to hear he may play again this month, szczesny has looked good but i think there are better young goalies that can be picked up for 15mill or less and have him as a back up. Adler,Neur,Lloris,Akinfeev and Ochoa would all be contenders for arsenal number 1, prefrably Ochoa! Clichy and gibbs we will have to wait but it seems theyre arent that many Great lbs to choose from, the best 3 play in the EPL

fair enough on the dani alves point, but gibbs' positioning has looked poor this season when he's played. look at saturday's game when he constantly let rafael run goal side of him. i always feel much more reassurance when i see clichy play over gibbs. similar to the assurance i feel when djourou and szczesny play. it just seems like the other team isn't going to trouble us. except barcelona it would seem...

@Theechosen1from1993 mmm would have to disagree, ive been a season ticket holder at arsenal for 6 yrs and i just feel where as sagna attacks and defends clichy doesnt. take our recent game against barca when we was continously letting dani alves run by him...

gibbs is worse defensively than clichy. as a defensive full back clichy's incredibely underrated. just because he's been unfortunate to make a one or two slip ups at costly moments people have labelled him as suspect defensively. i'm not denying gibb's talent, but clichy does everything gibbs can do but much more effectively and with much more tenacity. gibbs is a bit more technically gifted going forward, but that's the only area i'd rate him higher than clichy.
