clearly something isn't working here - if you pause this you can see that the glass is not matched with the atom array. My attempt to constrain this didn't quite work. I wouldn't want to submit this for a final project... but for a test, I'll claim a minor win

@TheParodyPirate Cinema is better, but Blender is getting there, They just released version 2.61 of blender, which includes the new render engine ''Cycles''

Blender is now enable to produce results nearly as good as Cinema.

And Blender is 100% open source and Free..
