Yeah, without the rich there would be no poor-- no, I don't mean people wont be poor, I mean there wont be PEOPLE. :D A balanced society will always have wealthy and poor-- fortunately for America, we are able to raise ALL the standards, so our "poor" still receive medicine, food, and some shelter, whereas both the "poor" and "middle class" of some countries are without food, shelter, etc.
