Jessie's grandfather wants to earn some extra money, so he decides to rent out the extra room in his house. One night, Jessie sees a man enter the local psychic's house through the ceiling. When she returns home, she's shocked to find that the not only is the room of their house rented out, but the new tenant is the ghostly man that she saw.
