I love opening the hips- when the hips are open and mobile everything becomes easier to stretch, the hamstrings, back, etc.
Twists are the most amazing and beneficial movements out of any yoga postures (other than forward bends and inversions ofcourse). Twists help with digestion and being fresh blood to all of the organs. Plus they feel SO amazing on the back. I am twist happy, they are YUMMY.
