Mexico Police Shootout with Drug Cartel

Dramatic scenes unfold as police in the state of Mexico find themselves in a shootout with alleged members of a drug cartel. Police moved into the house, getting in by kicking open the garage door. The authorities had launched the operation to free kidnap victims. One was rescued; another's remains were found here. At least three men have been arrested. [Andres Espinosa, Arrested Man]: "I'm forty from Michoacan." [Pedro Diana, Arrested Man]: "They shot at us. I used a super." Dozens of weapons along with cocaine were seized at the location. Mexico has seen a large increase in drug gang killings in the country. Fears that the violence could cross over the border has put Mexico's drug war high on the Unites States' agenda.
