@jimjins05 A gill net does not work like that. You know when you cast net with large holes, the small fish tend to get stuck between the holes? It works like that, the fish's head gets stuck on the holes of the net and can't get out because the gill flaps act like barbs. Fish too big simple get repelled by the net and smaller fish just go through.
