Who gives a shit about the Koch brothers? There are organizations exactly like this on the left, who do the exact same thing; BUY POLITICIANS. Both parties are infested with this type of corruption. @AmeriProud67 Did Bill Gates do something, besides hiring lawyers to represent his company in court, that was uncouth? Bill Gates got rich by being 1) privileged and 2) really fuckin' smart at business. How he stayed rich is another question.
Was he fighting oppressive regulations, or did those regulations create, and protect, his monopoly?

The biggest story of the year hasn't occurred to everyone yet and that is that money no longer leads policy, the internet does. SOPA and Komen are recent examples. The market decides and social media online is now the guiding force of policy direction in this country. It's already happened. The Kock Brothers, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Exxon Mobile, can do whatever they want with money but the power has officially been delivered to the people. The market has decided.
