pothole crash, sheephouse lane, rivington

brief vid showing position of potholes on the blind bend.
saw the first ones just off the white lines, right on the bend, swerved to avoid them and hit the second patch, throwing me off the bike.
the second hole was 4ft long and between 6 & 8" deep.
this was sunday evening, approx 6.30pm, in dry conditions,
after a police report, the council have now been back to repair the holes, but have still left pitting and gravel on the road.

avoid this area!!!

yes mate, lancs council highways dept.... got my medical on the 19th april - finally!

theyre still denyig liability though - these pics were taken a week after the crash when i went to get my arm re plastered.... at the time of the off it was clear & dry!

took this and some measurements to show solicitor - hope to sue bolton council for writing off my bike and causing me grief :/
